Relocating the gear stick as close to the steering wheel as possible has long been a technique used in the world of motorsport to optimise car control. The main benefit is the length of time the drivers hand is removed from the steering wheel is dramatically reduced. The shifter maintains OEM throw, however the gearknob is 150mm closer to the steering wheel. The solid two piece design allows the stick to be clocked towards the driver/steering wheel for that perfect shift position. Can be used with all Honda 10x1.5 gearknobs.
