T7Design Heater Return Blanking Kit (Thermostat Housing) Honda K-Series K24

Introducing our custom manufactured K24 Heater Return Blanking Kit. This kit allows you to blank off your heater return on the thermostat housing if you are not intending to run a heater and the associated pipework. The plug is machined from billet aluminium, is hard anodised and comes with a 316 Stainless Steel retainer. Our product was designed from a laser scanned thermostat housing to ensure perfect fit and finish.

• The blanking plug is fully machined from billet 6061-T6 Aluminium; a high strength, low weight alloy.
• Hard anodised black for superior finish and corrosion resistance.
• Marine grade 316 Stainless Steel retainer.
• High temp Viton O-ring.

• Please use O-Ring grease or coolant to help slide in the blanking plug during install.
• Do not overtighten the two bolts used to mount the Stainless Steel retainer bracket as you do not want to crush and potentially crack the OEM plastic housing.
• No bolts included.
