Eventuri Carbon Fibre Intake System Honda Civic Type R FL5 23+

The Eventuri Carbon Intake for the Honda Civic Type R FL5 is an evolution of the FK8 system, optimised to take advantage of the increased engine bay space in the FL5. A fully sealed airbox minimises heat soak and ensures a constant supply of cold air to the turbo - critical given the intake's position directly behind the radiator, where an exposed filter would draw in heated air. 

The OEM flexible intake hose has been replaced with a smooth flow path from the filter to the inlet tube, eliminating turbulence and reducing drag. Engine movement is accommodated by the inlet tube itself, which moves within the airbox while maintaining a seal against heat. Independently dyno tested by Honda tuning specialists back-to-back against the stock airbox on a standard car with standard map and exhaust, bonnet closed throughout.
