Eventuri Carbon Fibre Intake BMW M3 E46

The Eventuri Carbon Intake for the BMW E46 M3 is the result of extensive data logging, dyno testing and design optimisation, developed to work with the stock ECU map and MAF sensor. The patent pending Venturi carbon fibre housing provides a more efficient airflow path to the MAF tube than the stock airbox. A carbon fibre cold air scoop clicks into place in the front right-hand brake duct, forcing ambient air directly into the filter opening while occupying only half the duct height to maintain brake cooling airflow.

Three aluminium heat shields protect the intake - the main shield shrouds the housing from engine bay heat, an extension shield blocks hot radiator air, and a third shield secures to the chassis to minimise heat soak from the block. No remap required, though further gains have been measured when subsequently remapped. Dyno tested on a standard car with rear exhaust and standard map, back-to-back on the same day.
