Eventuri Carbon Fibre Intake BMW M135i M235i F4X

The Eventuri Carbon Intake for the BMW F40 M135i and F44 M235i was developed through extensive real-world testing and airflow simulation analysis. At its core is the patented Venturi housing with an integrated MAF sensor section, delivering the smoothest possible airflow to the turbo inlet tube.

Where the OEM airbox forces air through two abrupt 90-degree direction changes before reaching the MAF section, the Eventuri system provides a far more direct path. Air enters the front of the filter housing and flows straight into the MAF section with no sudden changes in direction. The housing shrouds a reverse-mounted, bespoke generation 2 dry filter that shapes the airflow to maintain laminar conditions, while its smooth reduction in cross-sectional area invokes the Venturi effect, accelerating the air like a large velocity stack and reducing drag on the turbo.

The housing seals to a redesigned carbon duct, maximised in volume with hidden mounting points to make full use of the space over the slam panel. A flexible rubber edging around the duct opening seals against the filter housing, protects against engine bay heat and allows for engine movement, ensuring only ambient air reaches the filter and keeping intake air temperatures steady in most driving conditions. The result is sharper throttle response and a turbo that can operate with a lower wastegate duty cycle.
