The stock oil pump is one of the weak links in your H22 engine. These pumps cavitate and lose pressure at high rpm and especially when oil temperatures rise in endurance applications. Our ported pump increases flow and eliminates cavitation to resolve these shortcomings. We start with a brand new OEM oil pump from Honda, disassemble, port and smooth oil passages to increase flow. The pumps are then cleaned, oiled, reassembled and repackaged. This part is cheap insurance to protect your multi-thousand dollar investment.
