Returns Policy

At Sansoms Specialist Parts, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item in line with the policy below.


 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Products must be returned in a resaleable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


 

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our support team to obtain return approval.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service

  • Sansoms Specialist Parts cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit


 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect


 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


 

Important Notes

  • Professional installation is strongly recommended

  • Incorrect fitting may void return eligibility

  • Vehicle compatibility is the customer’s responsibility
