Description
This fantastic SUPERSPORT intercooled Rotrex supercharger conversion will leave the others for dead. Running the Rotrex C30-94 at 12+ psi maximum boost we make an awesome 350 bhp (over 400 with water/methanol) injection at the wheels on our Dynopro Dynamometer rolling road compared to 164 bhp for the standard car.
We recommend a sports cat back exhaust system,decat pipe and LSD as a minimum with this conversion. We must thank Hondata for making this performance possible with their Flashpro engine management. With this we were able to fine tune the 750cc RC injectors to maximum effect. The VTEC now comes in at just 2400rpm but only on boost, so if you want the power its there in an instant, if you want economy then the high cam won’t come in if you keep a light foot.This TTS designed and built conversion replaces the standard radiator with a hi-performance 32mm (12mm std) core and runs alongside it a 60mm core intercooler, this keeps pipe work very short and throttle response incredibly crisp. The throttle body is before the supercharger so there is no need for a blow off, or recirculation valve.
The supercharger is silent in operation so this car is totally stealth. From the outside it looks virtually stock but the performance figures tell another story. With over 70+% more torque available in the midrange (overtaking) acceleration is awesome. Before you had to drop 2 gears, now you stay in the same gear and still out accelerate the standard car. With this conversion you have power on demand, no throttle lag just instant response.This conversion is for the discerning driver with good performance related experience. This is a proper ‘SUPERCAR’!
