Description
PPG’s new sequential gearbox solution for the K-Series Honda platform provides racers with a cost-effective and versatile upgrade path. The drop-in solution utilizes existing H-Pattern PPG gears and other key components, making it a seamless upgrade for existing K-Series drag cars. The new gearbox also allows for a fifth and sixth gear option, expanding its appeal to circuit racing, roll racing, and other high-HP applications. The package includes proprietary PPG dog engagement gears, motorsport-derived sequential barrel and selector forks, a dual-channel rotary sensor, motorsports load cell, fully dressed DR25 wiring loom, and a low-friction gear shift cable. With its low-mass, low-friction shifter design and 42mm gear shift distance, the PPG sequential gearbox provides racers with an optimized and efficient shifting experience.
