Legendary Japanese Honda tuning house MUGEN created this coveted sports suspension kit for the Honda Civic Type R FN2 (2007-2011). These genuine Mugen components—identical to those used on the limited production Civic Type R FN2 M20 have been uncovered and made their way into the Tegiwa warehouse.
Each kit features meticulously engineered fixed-rate dampers paired with precision lowering springs, specifically developed to enhance the European model Civic Type R’s handling characteristics, with particular focus on improving low and medium speed turn-in capability.
The Mugen engineering team achieved this through the development of premium-quality lowering springs that reduce ride height by 10mm at the front and 5mm at the rear. When combined with specially valved dampers, this kit delivers a subtly refined yet significantly enhanced driving experience without compromising the ride comfort that makes these vehicles so enjoyable for daily use.
