Description
As part of our expanding BMW product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our genuine carbon fibre induction kit for the E90, E92 and E93 M3 models, suitable for track or fast road use.
By removing the original concertina effect intake hose that’s made from flexible rubber and presents various internal restrictions, we were able to create our own intake pipe with much larger internal capacity and volume with no restrictions inside. Made in exceptionally high-quality carbon fibre with a lacquered matt weave finish, the freer-flowing intake pipe is connected to a specially made large oval cotton filter to give both improved air flow and long-lasting filtration, whilst still fitting neatly inside the original air box.
The comprehensive installation package also includes high-quality Pro Hoses silicone connectors with stainless-steel clips, a carbon fibre intake elbow and a CNC fitting for the air pump hose, as well as detailed fitting instructions.
Designed as a direct replacement item, fitting is a simple process, making it a great addition to improve performance, response, sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.
DYNO TESTED
Independent back-to-back testing with the original air box and our AIRTEC Motorsport induction kit took place at Ignition Advantages on their Dyno Dynamics rolling road where gains 12bhp and 11 lb ft of torque were seen.
