Honda K20/K24-DC5/EP3 45mm Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Throttle Bodies (ITB’s) (K20/K24 Standard Engine Bay Fitment)

These Direct-To-Head (DTH) set of Twin Housing 45mm Oval Throttle Bodies (ITB’s) are port matched to suit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intake ports for the Honda K20a/K20a2/K24 (DC5/EP3) Engines, typically found in the Honda Integra, Acura RSX, Civic Type R & Honda Accord Euro R.
This plug, tune, and play product has been designed and evaluated for ease of fitment onto Honda K20 (OEM) engines, and packages within the standard engine bay spaces, eliminating the additional engine modifications and other engine bay changes typically required when installing (ITB’s).
This system has been designed to be a “bolt on kit” thus allowing the vehicle to be returned to its original condition, if required.
This product provides the following features and advantages:
- Product is supplied fully assembled and ready to bolt on directly to the cylinder head intake face.
- Throttle Bodies and air filter kit packages under the standard vehicle bonnet (hood) line.
- Utilises (OEM) standard Fuel Injectors & Fuel Rail assembly (Not supplied).
- Connects directly to (OEM) standard vehicle Throttle cable pick-ups and matches standard pedal travel.
- Utilises (OEM) standard vehicle Water Housing assembly.
- Eliminates the additional engine modifications and other engine bay changes typically required when installing (ITB’s)
- Features AT Power’s lightweight precision machined billet aluminium 45mm twin oval housings and billet manifold design, with our unique patented ‘Shaftless’ technology and knife edged butterfly valves (Blades) providing proven improved induction airflow speeds and increased engine performance.
- Optimal ITB’s for stock as well as fully built road race engines.
- Optional air filter & un-drilled backplate kit available.
- Optional Race Mesh Ram Pipe kit available.
This product is supplied as a complete plug, tune, and play assembly with curved SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) for standard engine bay fitment (Note: Colour Black), billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets), Rotary Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) and 4 x 1/8″ BSP to 8mm hosetail fittings for vacuum takeoff connection.

This product requires an after-market engine management system (ECU) for correct engine fuelling operation.
