MILLTEK DESCRIPTION:

Every Milltek system is designed, developed and hand-finished here in the UK by time-served craftsmen, each one produced in aerospace grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel. This superior material is less susceptible to discolouration, lasts almost indefinitely and is used throughout the entire construction of our pipework, silencers and associated hardware.

Mandrel bending ensures constant radius bends for optimised gas flow, and bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque. All of the Milltek exhaust systems endure a comprehensive acoustic development process to deliver a tone that is sporty and crisp, without ever inducing NVH, drone or cabin resonance.

We always recommend the exhaust is fitted by a competent garage or tuning workshop so normally avoid issuing install guides.

MILLTEK EU TYPE-APPROVAL CERTIFICATE

The systems are 2.76 inch (70mm tube) and there are downpipes available to remove the OPF with and without Hi Flow Sports Cats.The pre sept systems require re-use of the OEM Valve actuator, however the post sept models changed, and we therefore now supply the correct actuator to work with the same system.There is also an Active Valve Control available for these models to give the user complete control over the valve positions at different drive modes / ranges.The OPF-Back System is EC Approved.
